Merry Christmas!

Yo! Merry Christmas everybody! Happy holiday! But i still need to work today... Aiya...

There are 2 events happen to me today in my working place, ioi mall, the toilet beside cinema of old wing.

Let me introduce the toilet first. Before renovation, the toilet got a door and a very clear signboard stated female and male. After renovation, the toilet no longer have the door, they just mark a big female and male drawing on the wall which usually people may get confuse or ignore it. So, let me start the story right now.

First event happen at around 2pm... When i was just came out from the toilet, there are many people pass by (the movie just finish), they are blocking me, so i just stand in front of the toilet waiting a chance to go. Then suddenly an aunty around 60 to 70 years old pass by, wearing a big and clean spectacle (please believe my professional), when she saw me, she stopped, stare at me, look at the toilet beside me (the male one), stare at me the second time, then without asking or anything else she just went into the male toilet!! OH MY GOD!!! I straight away =.='' ! She is so fast that i can't even stop her!! So, i went out with a big smile on my face. When i reach my outlet, i can't control anymore and laugh out loud.

Second event happen at around 5pm... This time is when i was walking to the toilet...
In front of me there is a couple of husband and wife at around 40 to 50 years old... Same thing happen to them, they confuse in front of the toilet... I pass by and just turn in to the toilet... When the moment i turn in, i heard the husband told the wife "she's a female, she's a female, just follow her!" ( In cantonese ---> 'lui yan lei geh, lui yan lei geh, gen hui yap la!') So, i =.='' the second time today...

Conclusion, my body figure really that bad meh, ha!? The first event aunty, i got the front leh! and my hair is quite long!! The second event uncle and aunty, i don't blame you because my back really looks like a guy, but, uncle, can you say in a s-o-f-t-e-r voice?? ARGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The female and male drawing is so big and obvious on the wall!!!!

I laugh the whole day today, including my colleagues, they all said 'gim tou ha la''检讨下啦' which means go self-concious a bit lar...

Haih... It's time to change, huh?

feel like she needs all your care, but once she needs to stand alone, she
can stand alone firmly an comfortably.

She can be your best buddy and talk to you about anything. She can join all
your activities with the same energy that you have. She is a quick wit
person and learn new things very fast. She can see your projects and she can
give you good advice. If she thinks you are not sure that you want her for
yourself, she will act like your best friend only, a cool woman.

She can easily make a guy fall in love with her. Her multiple changes and
many moods is a 'Charm' for many men. She can be laughing for 2 minutes and
later suddenly quiet. She wants to find only 1 true love and she wants to
meet her dream guy. She expects a lot and nearly too much. She is constantly
waiting for her knight shinning armor even she is with a steady boy friend.
She can fall in love or fond of someone else while she is with you. If you
break up with her, she will forget you quite fast, because change is in her
nature. The Gemini woman breaks more heart than woman in other Zodiac.
Because she is a dreamer and always waiting for her knight shinning armor
,so her love life can be complex or a mess.

She hates to write a long letter, so if you write her a letter and expect a
prompt reply, forget it. Because she has a multiple personality and multiple
ideas, so she hates to put them down in written proof. Because she knows
what she belief today can be different tomorrow.

She could communication with more than 1 languages , a real gifted
linguistic. If she wants to tell you any bad comments, she won't say it
straight away, but she will talk to you about many other things and
accidentally come to that subject without offending you. Normally she will
not lie.

She will work hard and once a while take a long rest. She can get bored and
tired with her own surrounding more than at work. She never feel content
with her present work, money, or reputations, she will drive to have more.
Don't ask her what is her ultimate contentment for she will not have an
answer.

Once you get to know her, she will be a supportive person and always be
beside you. She has a beautiful dream and she loves to have someone walk
side by side with her, together and equally.

talk about my work

Today talk about my work... Usually i don't like to talk about it and during working it happens all the time, but this particular case make me want to tell you all...

3 days ago, i get a complaint from a customer (let's call her Cust.A) due to a mistake of my staff who served her last week, she ordered wrong power colour contact lens for that Cust.A.
That customer need it urgently because she need to fly to somewhere else the next day, that's mean we can't give her the correct one in time.
At that time i was serving my customer, Cust.A keep scolding my staff and she is totally went out of nuts until my staff ask her to refer to me (what a GOOD staff!!), well, as you can imagine, Cust.A went straight away to me and nag nag nag... (hey, i'm serving my customer, you don't even say 'excuse me' to my customer!)
I have no choice but to ask my customer to wait then hear what Cust.A to know about the situation and order my staff to find the trial lens for her, then i continue serve my customer again.
While waiting for my staff to find the things for her, she keep coming to my table and NAG NAG NAG, oh my, i need to ask my customer to wait again...
Finally, we manage to solve her problem, she can see during her journey but it do not have the colours only, the colours one she will get it after she come back, but, she is still complain, complain, complain... want to report to consumer association la, ask my boss to call her la, blah blah blah...
I try to be keep myself cool headed, sincere and keep apologizing at that time, what a hard time! I feel like i want to eat her at that time, my staff stand further behind of me and shiver...
After she went off, my customer say she is so noisy when i continue to serve her.

Actually i'm not complaining about this customer since this is our fault nor finding a reason to runaway from the responsibility, but one thing i want to tell you girls/guys is, when people make mistake, don;t take the initiative to scold people like that, keep yourself cool down and ask the solutions.
If you act like that Cust.A, for my opinion, you are acting like a monkey! (yeah, i admit it, when she is nagging to me, i was imagining she 'wah wah wah' in front of me... i know i'm bad, sorry...)
I know you have the right to scold, but if you act probably, people will honour you!

PS# So torturing when writing this, i have to flashback the memories and remember the unhappy things, i remember after she went off, i have no mood already... sigh...

lala~~ karaoke~~

yesterday went to sing k with phooi yee, this is the first time i go sing k with just one friend... we sang, we play, we laugh together in about 5 hours... we sing some of the old pop songs and we found that we forgot how to sing and sing it badly, well, who cares? we just want the fun! haha!! but phooi yee, you really need to go practice some of the duet songs so we can sing together again and of course me too! XD let's sing together again, i think that's probably after both of us finish our final exam, bwa hahahahaha!!!!!

chat with an old friend

on 5 march and onwards, i get to chat with an old friend of mine, she is my pen mate, we know each other since December 2003 in a camp called mighty man camp and not keep in touch at around 1 to 2 years plus... how do we start again? that's begin during chinese new year i gave her a new year card to her new address, then she sms me to chat on the msn. we chat about how we meet at that time and our recent life, it brings out a lot of memories, i'm very happy and it's really enjoying chatting with her! so rosanne, let's do not lost contact again and very glad to have you as my friend, i appreciate that!! ;)

live the fullest of your life, no regrets!! no matter what decision you make, just think it two or three times, because there is no turning back in your life! once you make the decision, don't regret about it, or you will be live in hell...

another good phrase i learn is in Chinese, I'm sorry i couldn't translate it into English... “前半生不犹豫，后半生不后悔。”

can't sleep tonight and nothing to talk about also... so just write down my opinion...

i love piano!!

recently my uncle bought a piano for me as my 21st birthday present, i'm very happy and very appreciate about that. it has been eight years i didn't play piano already, so right now, busily practice to regain my skills and find a teacher to teach me. i swear i will never give up on piano again, i don't want to feel regret anymore, so, never give up no matter what happen, never ever!! and so to all of my friends, never give up your dreams!! jia you!!

P/s# i hope this can change my dull and boring life also... XD and...
