talk about my work

Today talk about my work... Usually i don't like to talk about it and during working it happens all the time, but this particular case make me want to tell you all...

3 days ago, i get a complaint from a customer (let's call her Cust.A) due to a mistake of my staff who served her last week, she ordered wrong power colour contact lens for that Cust.A.
That customer need it urgently because she need to fly to somewhere else the next day, that's mean we can't give her the correct one in time.
At that time i was serving my customer, Cust.A keep scolding my staff and she is totally went out of nuts until my staff ask her to refer to me (what a GOOD staff!!), well, as you can imagine, Cust.A went straight away to me and nag nag nag... (hey, i'm serving my customer, you don't even say 'excuse me' to my customer!)
I have no choice but to ask my customer to wait then hear what Cust.A to know about the situation and order my staff to find the trial lens for her, then i continue serve my customer again.
While waiting for my staff to find the things for her, she keep coming to my table and NAG NAG NAG, oh my, i need to ask my customer to wait again...
Finally, we manage to solve her problem, she can see during her journey but it do not have the colours only, the colours one she will get it after she come back, but, she is still complain, complain, complain... want to report to consumer association la, ask my boss to call her la, blah blah blah...
I try to be keep myself cool headed, sincere and keep apologizing at that time, what a hard time! I feel like i want to eat her at that time, my staff stand further behind of me and shiver...
After she went off, my customer say she is so noisy when i continue to serve her.

Actually i'm not complaining about this customer since this is our fault nor finding a reason to runaway from the responsibility, but one thing i want to tell you girls/guys is, when people make mistake, don;t take the initiative to scold people like that, keep yourself cool down and ask the solutions.
If you act like that Cust.A, for my opinion, you are acting like a monkey! (yeah, i admit it, when she is nagging to me, i was imagining she 'wah wah wah' in front of me... i know i'm bad, sorry...)
I know you have the right to scold, but if you act probably, people will honour you!

PS# So torturing when writing this, i have to flashback the memories and remember the unhappy things, i remember after she went off, i have no mood already... sigh...
